About me
My name is Laura Navarro
I'm a clinical psychologist from Barcelona, where I completed my training as a psychoogist and began practicing in 2018.
My approach is integrative, and I support children, adolescents, and adults facing emotional and psychological challenges.
Over the years, I've gained experience in areas such as anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and social skills development.

During the first five years of my career, I focused primarily on child and adolescent mental health. In the past three years, in addition to working with children and teenagers, I began working with adults as well.

I have experience addressing emotional challenges such as anxiety, fears, low self-esteem, impulse control difficulties, and learning issues, as well as supporting the development of social skills and conflict resolution strategies.

I am a member of the Federation of Swiss Psychologists (FSP). My qualifications have been recognized by the Swiss Committee of Psychology Professionals (PsyKo).

Safe space
My therapeutic work combines tools and perspectives from different psychological schools — cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and systemic — to adapt to each person’s unique needs. I believe there is not only one single path to healing or personal growth, each therapy process is unique.

I like to work in a dynamic and close way, with special attention to building a strong therapeutic bond. For me, it is essential to create a space where people feel safe, heard, accepted, and validated — because that’s where meaningful change begins.
I invite you to a free 15-minute initial consultation, with no obligation, so we can get to know each other.
During this brief session, you’ll have the chance to share what’s on your mind, and together we can explore your needs.
This will help us see whether I’m the right person to support you.
I’m here to listen and to help whenever you need it.

We live in a very fast-paced and demanding world and it is no wonder that sometimes we feel overwhelmed by it.
Therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. If you are suffering from problems managing your emotions, facing anxiety, sadness, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity and move forward with greater confidence.
In adult therapy, we work together to better understand the patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen your emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping. This is a space where your experiences are heard without judgment and where healing and growth can begin—at your own pace.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Taking the step to seek support is already a sign of strength.

Children experience the world in unique ways—and sometimes, their thoughts and emotions can feel overwhelming or hard to express.
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space where children can explore what they’re feeling through play, conversation, and creative expression.
Having this safe place helps them develop the tools they need to understand their emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges.
In child therapy, the focus is not only on the child, but also on working closely with parents or caregivers. You’ll be supported and involved throughout the process, helping to create a consistent and nurturing environment for your child to grow.
Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Therapy can be a powerful step toward emotional well-being and long-term resilience.
Parent Assessment
55 Minutes
130 CHF
Being a parent or caregiver can be both beautiful and challenging. Every child is unique, and it’s not always easy to know how to support them.
Through parent counseling, I offer a space to reflect on what’s happening, explore new tools, and feel more supported in your role.
It’s not about being perfect, but about building a more connected and secure relationship with your child.

Parenting is deeply rewarding, but it can also be incredibly challenging. Every child is different, and sometimes, even with the best intentions, it’s hard to know how to respond to certain behaviors, emotions, or family dynamics. Coping the difficulties that arise from parenthood is hard, but doing it together can help you feel more confident and supported.

Parent counseling offers a space to reflect, learn, and grow in your role as a parent. Together, we’ll explore what’s behind your child’s behaviour, develop effective communication strategies, and build tools tailored to your family’s needs and values.
It’s not about being a “perfect” parent, but about feeling more connected, informed, and empowered in your relationship with your child.
Parenting doesn't come with a manual—but you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
